Participatory evaluation of Employee satisfaction questionnaire results and action plans
- A partnership in which a dialogue tool was co-designed with the S-Group representatives for managers in S-group units. Managers in several units then used dialogue tools to involve their entire staff in evaluating the employee satisfaction results and in planning needed development tasks. I
- In addition, a process and an easy-to-use dialogue tool were developed for follow-up.
This is a great tool – if used correctly, you get a lot more out of it than a slide show.

Accomplishments
- The ESS results evaluation process is perceived as more systematic, and making development tasks visible and on display motivates implementation.
- Personnel have been more satisfied when everyone has been able to participate in evaluating the results and planning concrete development tasks.
- Working with the dialogue tool has also brought out personal strengths.
