Stadin sote – currently Helsinki Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division(sotepe)- offers family and social services, hospital, rehabilitation and care services, health and substance abuse services, and rescue missions to the residents of the city of Helsinki.

In 2019-2020, 23 teams participated in the pilot program, where the ability and operating model was built, with which the HR can facilitate a self- and team-directed way of working independently. The dialogical strengthening of self- and team-directed working culture continues in Helsinki sotepe.

Dialogue workshops are perceived as exceeding expectations and the good feeling created in them fuels enthusiasm for joint development and experimentation work.
