Keusote

Keusote – Dialogical development of self- and team-directed working culture

Keusote (Keski-Uudenmaa Social and Health Municipal Association, now Keski-Uudenmaa wellbeing area) began its operations in early 2019 when six municipalities’ social and health services were united, and 3,000  professionals started working together.  One of the strategic goals after the merger was to create a unified self- and team-driven operating culture.

A PARTNERSHIP FOR DEVELOPING SELF AND TEAM-DIRECTED OPERATING CULTURE, IN WHICH WE:

  • Produced dialogue tools for managers and teams
  • Trained managers in leading the renewal of self- and team-directed working culture and in running dialogue workshops in their own teams with the help of easy-to-use dialogue tools
Dialogialustoja on kehuttu meillä alusta asti. Ne toimivat hyvin meidän tavoitteen eteenpäin viemiseen.
Tanja Hiilinen-Häsä, Keusoten toimintakulttuurin uudistamisesta vastaava projektipäällikkö
