Keuda

Keuda – Unified pedagogy

Keuda (Keski-Uudenmaa koulutuskuntayhtymä) is a Finnish vocational training organizer. Around 12,000 people study at Keuda annually, with ten offices in Central Uusimaa.

Keuda wanted to unify and develop how to create a HOKS (personal competence development plan) process that would be effective for the student. In 2019-2020, in collaboration with Keuda, we produced the dialogue platform series “HOKS, Student and Teacher in Dialogue” and “Student’s Path,” which the teaching staff used to create a common vision of operating methods related to HOKS and planned uniform practices related to the learner’s entire study period.

Dazzle’s dialogue platforms support the consistency of the work done in teams at Keuda. In my opinion, dialogue is the only way to develop the organization’s competence in a participatory way. The visual and diverse tasks of dialogue platforms support multi-channel learning.
